Client Services Manager
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Shepway Citizens Advice Bureau and Outreaches (Folkestone and Shepway District area, Kent)
Salary: Local Government Scale SO2 Point 32 £27,052 to SO2/PO Point 34 £ 28,353
Type of contract: Full time Permanent (Dependant on funding)
We are looking for a skilled manager with a background in Citizens Advice services or other quality marked advice organisations. The successful candidate will lead the generalist advice service and its small team of paid staff and large team of volunteers. You will have proven abilities in ensuring excellent customer care, a service that is accessible to all, provides high quality advice and ensures an empowering, supportive environment for volunteers. Shepway CAB is a vibrant, supportive bureau and you will need to work as part of a team to develop the service, co-ordinate resources and ensure targets are met.
