Shepway Citizens Advice Bureau is a generalist advice service. Using the Citizens Advice service's unique information system we can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects.

Our section called How we can help has details about many of the everyday problems that we deal with.

In addition to our general service we can also offer specialist advice in Debt, Welfare Benefits and Housing through our Community Legal Service franchise. Your adviser will give you more information on this service if it is applicable in your circumstances.
